They claimed that the name change of the land certificate was actually signed by Sri Budiyono, so it was valid.
His party has now prepared a cassation memo, which in several points strengthens what the Blora District Court (PN) has decided.

As previously reported, the two parties were in dispute over land in Sukorejo Village, Tunjungan District covering an area of 1,300 square meters. The land ownership certificate (SHM) was originally in the name of Sri Budiyono. However, it later changed to being in the name of Abdullah Aminudin.
Amin claims that he can change SHM into ownership due to agreement through sale and purchase.
Meanwhile, Sri Budiyono felt that he had never sold the land. He only owed money by pledging the land certificate. Not for sale.
Due to this polemic, Aminudin filed a lawsuit at the Blora District Court. The lawsuit was won. Through the Blora District Court decision Number 8/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Bla dated September 12 2023.
Sri Budiyono did not accept this and then filed an appeal at PT Semarang. And, finally Sri Budiyono won. (Endah / IST )
