INFOKU, BLORA – About a month ago, simultaneous Village Head Elections (pilkades) in Blora will be held.
Pemkab allocated Rp 700 million for its implementation. The funds are for the 27 villages that are holding Pilkades.
If the budget is lacking, the Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) allows the committee to receive assistance from a third party.
However, all organizing committees must include the budget in the APBDes.
The head of the DPMD of Blora Regency, Yayuk Windrati, in his briefing to the press, emphasized that the budgeting for financial assistance (bankeu) for the Pilkades must be included in the APBDes. If not, it will be considered illegal levies (pungli).
“Our budget is from financial assistance (bankeu). Because they have prepared a budget plan (RAB). If it's not enough, it's okay to donate from a third party,'' he said.
The third party funds, continued Yayuk, are usually from village head candidates. And that has been agreed upon by all parties. Certainly not forced. The funds must go into the APBDes.
"If it is not included in the APBDes, it means extortion," said Yayuk Windrati
Yayuk said, regarding the conductivity of the Pilkades, all committees were ready after his party carried out monitoring and evaluation in the 27 villages that would carry it out.

He also advised the community to maintain regional conductivity and maintain security in their respective villages.
His party has also anticipated security related issues with various related stakeholders.
So far, according to him, although there are voices that need anticipation, they are still under control.
His party is always on guard so that in its implementation the Pilkades will run in an orderly manner, smoothly according to the rules and a trustworthy village head will be elected.

"For security, we did involve the police, Satpol PP from forkopimcam, also from the village, Babinsa, and Babinkamtibmas," he explained.
For the determination of serial numbers or pictures in the pilkades technique, they are returned to their respective villages.
"We give it back to them, according to the wishes and creativity of the village. If you want to use the palawija or fruit logo, you are welcome, as long as it doesn't cause a commotion,'' concluded Yayuk. (Endah / IST )
