INFOKU, BLORA – As of Monday (5/6/2023) the working hours of Regional Apparatus Organizations and State Civil Servants (ASN) of the Blora Regency Government have changed following the new rules.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Blora Regency Communication and Information Service (Dinkominfo), Pratikto Nugroho, while leading the morning assembly of ASN employees at the local office yard.
"So starting today our working hours have changed, starting at 07.30 WIB in five working days, Monday to Friday," said Head of Dinkominfo Blora Pratikto Nugroho.
Previously, PD and ASN working hours were Monday to Thursday from 07.00 WIB to 15.30 WIB, while Friday from 06.00 WIB to 11.30 WIB.
Changes in working hours, Monday to Thursday from 07.30 WIB to 16.00 WIB, while Friday from 07.30 WIB to 13.00 WIB.
In that morning's assembly, the Head of the Blora Dinkominfo Pratikto Nugroho stressed that all ASN employees remain disciplined in coming to work and attending the morning assembly.

"With the change in working hours, no one will be late and not attend the assembly. Let's cultivate apples as our responsibility as civil servants," said Pratikto Nugroho.
The new rules for working days and working hours for regional apparatus and ASN employees are based on Blora Regent Regulation Number 14 of 2023.
Meanwhile, the basis for this policy is Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2023 concerning working days and working hours of government agencies and employees of the State Civil Apparatus.
The working days and hours of the Regional Apparatus (PD) are 5 days a week, (Monday - Friday) with the exception of PD operational support services and/or directly to the community.
Excluded PD working days are 6 working days in 1 week (Monday - Saturday), 7 working days in 1 week (Monday - Sunday).

Determination of days and working hours that are excluded are determined by the Head of Regional Apparatus (PD) after obtaining approval from the Regent.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week and start at 07.30 WIB. Break time is 60 minutes on Monday Thursday and 90 minutes on Friday.
Meanwhile, ASN Employees work days and hours of 37.5 hours per week and can carry out official duties flexibly (location and/or time).
Types of work and ASN employees who can apply flexibility are doctors, village midwives, psychologists and cleaners.
Provisions regarding the technical implementation of flexibility are regulated in a regulation by the Head of PD based on statutory provisions.
Break time is 60 minutes on Monday - Thursday and 90 minutes on Friday.

Meanwhile the working days and working hours of the PD Month of Ramadan are 32.5 hours per week and start at 08.00 WIB.
Rest hours for the month of Ramadan are 30 minutes on Monday - Thursday and 60 minutes on Friday.
Then, ASN employees' working hours during the month of Ramadan are 32.5 hours per week and can carry out official duties flexibly (location and/or time)
