INFOKU, BLORA – The General Election Commission (KPU) of Blora Regency has begun to check the identity cards (KTP) of prospective legislative candidates (bacaleg).
This is because the administrative verification stage (vermin) of the requirements for prospective legislative candidates (bacaleg) is still ongoing.
The KPU of Blora Regency was doubtful about these files and clarified them to the relevant stakeholders .
In particular, there are dozens of ID cards for legislative candidates who still have the status of civil servants (PNS).
Blora KPUK chairman M. Khamdun said, asking for clarification from several legislative candidates whose KTPs were still civil servants. As a result, it is confirmed that he has retired and it is proven from a certificate (SK). Because, if you are still a civil servant, of course you have to resign.

“There are 10 to 15 Bacalegs. We ask for clarification directly to the political parties and present those concerned. They have all retired," he said.
Coordinator of the Legal Division and Dispute Settlement of Blora Bawaslu Andyka Fuad Ibrahim said that his party and KPUK also asked for clarification of the validity of the legalization of the diplomas of the legislative candidates to relevant stakeholders.
“What we are checking is the certificate of equivalence. There are two, chase package C and from the Islamic boarding school. We clarified it for Package C to the National Education Office and for the Islamic Boarding School to the local Ministry of Religion," he explained.
This clarification is so that it can provide input before determining whether the candidate meets the requirements (MS) or does not meet the requirements (BMS).
“Later the filing can be corrected during the repair period. Currently it is still in the vermin stage until June 23," he explained. (Endah / IST )
