INFOKU, BLORA – An unexpected incident when a cow from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) for the people of Blora went berserk before being slaughtered for the Eid al-Adha sacrifice.
The incident occurred in front of the Roudhotul Jannah Mosque in Gumiring Hamlet, Sidomulyo Village, Banjarejo District, Blora Regency, Central Java, on Thursday (29/6/2023) at around 09.21 WIB.
"Thanks Sewu, younger siblings, please step aside Riyen (sorry, younger siblings, let's step aside first), watch out for them step aside," said the residents who were around the location.
Simmental type cow weighing more than 1 ton had made the local residents run in fear. Because the cow rope was cut off.

After waiting a few minutes, the cow can then be conditioned to be slaughtered immediately.
Before the incident occurred, the sacrificial cow of President Jokowi had become a spectacle for local people of all ages.
The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Central Java Province, Sumarno, who was also present at the location, revealed the reasons for President Jokowi sending a cow to the village of the Pratama Arhan footballer.

"There is a process to get this assistance. Yesterday there was verification. There were a number of proposals but it was verified which suitability was more needed and it was decided for Sidomulyo Village to get cattle assistance from the President," he said.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, expressed his gratitude to President Jokowi for sending a cow to be sacrificed in Sidomulyo Village.
