In the Second Quarter, 217 Villages Have Not Disbursed Village Funds

INFOKU, BLORA  – From the data obtained,   the second phase of disbursement of village funds (DD) is still minimal. Until yesterday, only 54 villages had disbursed. A total of 217 other villages are still in the process of applying for disbursement.

The Head of the Blora Village and Community Empowerment Office, Yayuk Windrati, through the Head of Management, Development and Financial Management of the Village, Suwiji, revealed to the press that all villages had disbursed their first quarterly DD.

Meanwhile, in the second quarter to June, there were only 54 villages.

"If the total DD budget transferred to 54 villages is accumulated, it amounts to IDR 15.2 billion," he explained yesterday (22/6).

Thus, the DD for the 217 villages in the second quarter has not been distributed. Currently, villages that have not received DD in the second quarter have started the process of submitting disbursement documents to the DPMD.

So far there have been no serious problems related to disbursement. Except, if the village head commits corruption, then DD cannot be disbursed.

"If the village commits corruption, DD cannot be channeled. Like last year in Tlogotuwung Village. But now it can be disbursed, only at the end of last year it could not be disbursed,'' he explained.

Suwiji revealed that although there were no significant obstacles to the second phase of the DD disbursement process, his party urged villages to report the use of the first stage according to the village financial system (Siskeudes).

"As a condition for the second phase of DD disbursement, you must attach the previous DD usage file. In accordance with Siskeudes,''he explained.

Kades Temulus, Randublatung District, Suhartono admitted that he had sent the documents for the second stage of DD disbursement requirements.

However, his party is still waiting for the budget to enter his village account.

"We have sent the file, we are still waiting for information. Usually the information comes from the district," he said.

His party hopes that the second phase of DD for the village can be disbursed immediately, so that village development can utilize the budget for village government programs that are prepared in village meetings. ( Endah / IST )
