INFOKU, BLORA – There is an interesting scene when this year's Eid al-Adha took place in the Tunjungan Blora district.
Students of KKN-PPM Period 2 of 2023 at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta, who were deployed in Tunjungan Village, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency, carried out Eid prayer 1444 Hijriah with the community at the local mosque, Thursday (29/6/2023).

What is quite interesting is that after the Eid prayers, they mingled with local residents to help cut, wrap and distribute the qurbani meat next to the Dukuh Greneng mosque, Tunjungan Village.
This joint community activity started a series of KKN activities for approximately the next 50 days since being received by the Regent of Blora Arief Rohman, Monday (26/6/2023).

"Thank God, we were able to carry out the Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri prayer with the community at the KKN site, the residents were kind, received us kindly," said Devina, Head of the UGM KKN-PPM Team in Tunjungan village.
This activity indirectly formed KKN-PPM students in Tunjungan village to understand the importance of mutual cooperation and harmony with local residents.
"In addition to making the process smoother, this activity is also for gathering with local residents," added Devina.
Karenina (Public Relations of KKN-PPM) conveyed the same statement. According to him, the atmosphere became more familiar and family after getting to know each other and mingling directly with the residents.

“Exciting and impressive. So it becomes more familiar and intertwined with the family. The hope is that this will become our spirit to carry out the KKN-PPM program in Tunjungan Village," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Tunjungan Village, Yasir, expressed his gratitude and appreciated the fast movement of KKN-PPM students in his area.
"Thanks to Ma'am and Mas KKN for helping. Hopefully the next program will run smoothly as planned," said Yasir Tunjungan village head. (Endah/KOM)
