INFOKU, BLORA – There are three village heads (kades) in Blora who submitted their resignation letter.

Even though their term ends in 2025. The Blora Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) has prepared an acting village head (Pj) to fill the vacancy.
Blora DPMD Secretary Dwi Edy Setyawan explained, the three village heads were the Kalinanas Village Head, the Ngapus Village Head, Japah District, and the Sendangwungu Village Head, Banjarejo District.
"On Wednesday two village heads submitted their resignations, adding another one today, the Ngapus village head," he said.
Dwi said that the three village heads who submitted their resignations had not yet finished their term of office, even though their three decrees expired in 2025.

However, the village head's decision is not final. DPMD is still waiting until May 14th. In addition, it is also necessary to wait for the disposition of the Regent.
He continued, later the vacant position of the village head who was left behind in the election would be filled by (Pj). PJ comes from the district government's state civil apparatus (ASN).
“The term of office is still around two years and four months. So, Pj will be filled in first. It's different when the term of office is only a year, it is likely that an election will be held," he explained.

In his confirmation, the Head of the Ngapus village, Akhmad Supaedi, confirmed that he had submitted an application for resignation as village head yesterday (10/5). The resignation is because he will participate in the upcoming 2024 general election. They are still waiting for confirmation from the Mayor.
"This is just a request, whether approved or not will wait for the Regent's decision. At the center we are also waiting for a decision to open or close," he explained.
Supaedi explained, the position he held would expire in 2025. He admitted that he had considered the opportunity to run as one of the legislative candidates in the fourth electoral area.
