A member of the Blora DPRD, Achlif Nugroho Widi Utomo, said that later there will be a rate adjustment in the application of taxes and fees that will be applied.
Not only the rate increase, but also the rate reduction in several elements of taxes and levies. The Raperda is a follow-up to Law Number 1 of 2022 Concerning Regional Financial Balance.
So, according to Achlif, the regional regulation must be immediately enacted.
"Later on the regional revenue assumption for 2024 will already refer to the regional regulation," said Achlif.

Especially, he continued, related to regional original income (PAD) from elements of taxes and levies. It is hoped that the product of regional regulations or regional regulations on regional taxes and fees will not burden the community. However, it still fulfills the element of increasing PAD from the tax element.
All local revenues from taxes and fees must be included in one regional regulation. Including health services. Even though it has the status of a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD).

Several regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and community representatives were invited to submit suggestions and input before the draft regional regulation was ratified as a regional regulation.

Achlif revealed that the public hearing was one of the stages in the mechanism for establishing regional regulations. It is a mechanism for hearing input and suggestions from the community. Because, the community as a tax object.
