INFOKU, BLORA – After being hit by a problem with a silent money of Rp. 50 million, finally the main director (Director) of Blora Patra Energi (BPE) Tri Harjianto finally resigned.
He did this during the general meeting of shareholders (GMS) which was held yesterday (4/5) at the Regional Secretariat Building. The vacant chair of the president director was then filled by the executor (plt). The Regent appointed Operational Director of Prima Segara to serve as Acting Director of BPE.
It is suspected that Tri Harjianto's resignation as BPE's CEO was after the crisis that occurred at BPE. One of them is a lot of issues related to the Old Ledok Well.
Unfortunately, Tri Harjianto, when confirmed after the GMS, had not yet provided an answer.
Thus, the reason he submitted a letter of resignation from the position he held is unclear.
Meanwhile, when confirmed, Prima Segara confirmed that he was the Acting Director of BPE.

He said, in carrying out the mandate, he would focus more on making BPE Blora even better.
His party also plans to make the condition of the regionally owned company more conducive and synergize with the media crew.
“We will maintain good relations with the press. We realize that we are part of Blora, we are looking for food here. So we take good care of Blora," he said.
Yesterday's BPE GMS (4/5) had two agendas. Namely the discussion of the 2023 work plan and the receipt of Tri Harjianto's resignation letter as BPE's CEO.

Previously, the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Blora Komang Gede Irawadi confirmed that the district government even suggested that the settlement of the BPE problem be carried out in the GMS. Of course it involves supervision from BPE commissioners.
"BPE is a BUMD, so I suggest that it be held at the GMS," he explained to the press.
The Blora DPRD also plans to summon BPE's board of directors and commissioners on Monday (8/5). That's to ask for clarification on the issues that have been entangling BPE lately. (Endah / IST )
