INFOKU, BLORA – Until this news was written, the salary problem for 226 workers in the oil and gas sector in Cepu had not been resolved.
In fact, this problem has been going on since 2017. The reason was that the company responsible for paying the wages of the workers had fled, until now their whereabouts have not been known.
The company is a partner working on projects owned by Pertamina, and the company employs 226 people.
After the project work was completed, the workers did not get paid. In fact, Pertamina has disbursed the funds to the company.
Chairman of the Pertamina Contract Workers Union (SPKP) Cepu, Agung Pujo Susilo, said that his party demanded that the district government participate in solving the problem. This is because the wages of 226 oil and gas workers in 2017 are still unclear.
Pujo hopes that the district government will seriously handle this problem. So, it doesn't drag on.

His party has also made efforts through the employment desk directly under the police.
"This is actually the area of the Central Java Regional Police's discretion, it continues to be delegated to Blora. So we pushed earlier to be able to immediately put the relevant parties in order to resolve the problem,'' he said yesterday.
One-month wages of 226 workers who have not been paid include several components. Namely, old age insurance (JHT), simponi program savings and holiday allowances (THR) in 2017. The total is around IDR 10 million per person. The total amount of funds reached Rp 2.26 billion.
Head of Industrial Relations and Social Security at the Blora Industry and Manpower Service (Dinperinaker) Nunuk Nurul Hidayah explained that his party had made efforts to bring workers together with third parties.

However, it is difficult to do because the third party has fled.
"Third parties were searched but were not found, the information ran outside Java," he explained.
Nunuk admitted that the police had also been looking for a third party working on the Pertamina project. But the result is nil.
According to Nunuk, Pertamina certainly does not have to be responsible. This is because the money has been given by Pertamina to a third party.
"The responsibility of the third party. Meanwhile, the third party was searched and found,''he explained. (Endah / IST )
