INFOKU, BLORA – The holiday allowance (THR) has not been evenly distributed to all government employees in Blora.
Those who accept are non-ASN (honorary) employees who work in a number of puskesmas.
This happened because the financial condition of a number of puskesmas was inadequate.
Pemkab plans to allocate the THR budget in the Revised APBD.
Head of the Blora Blora Regional Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Agency (BPPKAD) Slamet Pamudji explained that the THR for civil servants had been distributed.
However, some non-ASN employees at the puskesmas have not been able to get THR due to financial operational problems.
"If I'm not mistaken there are 6 or 8 puskesmas because their financial condition has not been able to provide THR," he told the media.

Mumuk revealed that non-ASN THR payments at the regional public service agency (BLUD) were borne by the agency.
Because the BLUD manages its own finances. According to the regional head regulation, all these workers must receive THR. Due to his financial condition, he plans to give the worker's rights in the next revised budget.
"This is later, if the company has not been able to provide THR as it did last year, we will give this to the revised budget," he explained.
The Head of Industrial Relations and Social Security at the Blora Industry and Employment Service (Dinperinaker) Nunuk Nurul Hidayah revealed that after conducting monev at all private companies in the regions, the workers had received THR from the company. According to regulations issued 7 days before Eid.
"We monev all safe companies have prepared THR for employees. Because the employees always wait,''he said.
Nunuk explained, his party also provided a complaint post if there were workers who had not received their rights. However, until yesterday (17/4) there were still no reporters at his office.

“There are no complainers. Everything is under control," he said.
Chairman of the Congress of the Alliance of Indonesian Trade Unions (Kasbi) Blora Pujo revealed that all workers who are members of his trade union have received THR.
Especially workers in the oil and gas sector. While those outside the union he did not know.
