Forgery of Decree During Perades, Entering Second Phase of Trial

 INFOKU, BLORA  –The second trial in the case of alleged falsification of a decree (SK) by the Head of the Kentong Village, Cepu Muntahar District, was held today (22/2).

The public prosecutor (JPU) will present 6 witnesses in court.


Even though he is already a defendant, Mutahar still serves as village head.

The Blora Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) is still conducting studies to make the dismissal. 

Head of Intelligence for the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Blora Djatmiko explained, after the indictment hearing last Wednesday (15/2), the defendant will undergo a second trial.

The agenda is the examination of witnesses. The public prosecutor will present 6 witnesses at today's trial (22/2).

"Six witnesses were summoned. We'll see (whoever comes, red) to join the trial," he explained.

From the sipp.pn.Blora page, the Kentong Muntahar village head has undergone the first hearing in the case of alleged SK falsification for the selection of village officials (perades) in 2021/2022.

The defendant allegedly falsified the SK from the neighborhood association (RT) board which was used to weight one of the candidates.

From the alleged act of forging the SK, a candidate for civil servants received additional weighting and passed to become a Kentong Village official.

The defendant Muntahar was charged with Article 263 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code. After becoming a defendant, Muntahar was still active as village head.

Blora DPMD Head Yayuk Windrati admitted that until yesterday (21/2) his party was still conducting studies related to the Kentong village head case.

"Not yet (dismissed), we will review it again," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
