INFOKU, BLORA –The village government admits that the shop house (ruko) in Japanrejo Village, Blora Kota District, has been neglected.
The village head (Kades) of Japan, Rejo Sugito, admitted that he had not been able to optimize his village's assets.
This is because it is not a priority for the work program. Currently the focus is on revamping the village hall because it needs touch and feels left behind compared to other village hall offices.
According to him, the shophouse was established before he served as village head. Communities are allowed to use the village assets without being charged a rental fee.
Previously, the shop was handed over to Karang Taruna to be used for washing motorbikes.
His party was also willing to prepare a washing machine, but it didn't work. The shophouse is now not a priority for its work program because it has not yet found the right solution.
“In addition, there was once used as a coffee shop. However, only briefly after it was abandoned,''he explained.

Sugito admitted that at this time he was still fixing the village hall office, which was still lagging behind other villages. ''The repair of the gate and the village hall office used last year's silpa of IDR 55 million,'' he explained.
In addition to improvements, his party this year will also focus on distributing village direct cash assistance (BLT) of IDR 309 million. Including fixing village infrastructure such as bridges. ''We are aware that there is still a lot to be done, especially in the infrastructure sector.
The territory of Japanrejo is too wide. The education sector is pursued because my basic nature is an educator,'' said the village head who was once the head of the Blora District TK/SD UPT. (Endah/ IST )
