Isolated Residents in Kradenan Blora Receive Food Aid

INFOKU, BLORA  -Two elderly residents in the Kradenan sub-district, Blora Regency received basic food packages. 

Both Darman, (60) who live in the forest area in plot 147, RPH Ngrawoh, BKPH Ngandong, KPH Ngawi, also participate in Ngrawoh Village, Kradenan District, and, Sukimin, (45), a resident who lives in plot 139, RPH Ngrawoh, BKPH Ngandong, KPH Ngawi, joined Ngrawoh Village, Kradenan District.

Forkopincam Kradenan, Blora Regency, consisting of the Head of the Kradenan Police, Iptu Umbaran, along with the Kradenan Secretary, Babinkamtibmas and Babinsa, visited the two of them who live in the middle of the forest, Thursday (5/1/2023).

The Head of the Kradenan Police, Blora Polda, Central Java, Iptu Umbaran, said that this social assistance activity is a manifestation of the three pillars of synergy in Kradenan District, in the framework of caring for people in need.

The assistance handed over was basic food packages in the form of rice, sugar, cooking oil and instant noodles.

"Thank God, even through the steep and muddy terrain in the forest area, we were able to meet Mr. Darman and Sukimin. We didn't give much, but hopefully it will be useful for them," said the Kradenan Police Chief.

To note, the two families live on Perhutani land far from residents' settlements and without electricity and experience physical disabilities.

The distance between the two residences is about 2 kilometers (km) from the residential area of ​​Ngrawoh Village by following a footpath.

Meanwhile, from the village of Ngrawoh said that the village had prepared land from the village to relocate the isolated family living in the interior of the forest. (Setyorini/POL)
