The sensation of eating fried ungker, at the Blora Traditional Culinary Festival 2022

 

INFOKU, BLORA –The Blora Culinary Festival  presenting traditional Blora food is indeed a breakthrough to promote local food products.

  A number of stands were seen lined up to showcase a variety of processed food products at the 2022 Blora Traditional Culinary Festival.

This culinary festival event lasts for two days, from 7 to 8 December 2022.

Of the many culinary food product stands on display, there was one snack that caught the attention of visitors, namely processed fried ungker.

Ungker itself is a metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a cocoon which is found around teak tree forests.

One of the festival visitors, Ernita, without hesitation immediately looked for the existence of ungker snacks.
