INFOKU, BLORA – Finally, the poultry slaughterhouse project contractor (RPHU) was fined.
Because, after the duration of the work, the building has not been completed. Partners must pay one time per mil or 1/1000 of the contract value, which is IDR 3.4 billion.
Head of the Blora Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Service (DP4) Gundala Wejasena explained that work on the RPHU had not been completed until the deadline was set, namely December 1. Referring to regulations, partners are fined for delays.
"Yes, partners are fined according to the delay," he said yesterday (5/11).
Gundala explained, the fine is calculated as one per mil in one day or 1×1,000 multiplied by the agreed contract value.
However, regarding the amount of fines per day, his party admitted that they did not count. This is because the authority of the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) is to calculate it.
"We don't know the amount of fines per day, because the official who makes the commitment is calculated directly," he explained.
It is known, the RPHU construction budget of IDR 3.4 billion was won by CV Brillian Putra Jaya.
If calculated based on the permil fine formula multiplied by the contract value, it results in a fine of IDR 3.4 million per day.

Meanwhile, the RPHU Commitment Making Officer from DP4 Rasmiyana could not confirm the calculation of the value of the fine given to the partner because of his illness.
