INFOKU, BLORA – The Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has received the dossier on the case of diesel fuel being transported by a tanker truck.
The team of prosecutors after examining the case file. However, the file is not eligible to be submitted to the court. The case file is considered to lack formal and material material.

"There are still formal and material deficiencies," said Head of Intelligence at the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Blora Djatmiko yesterday (20/12).
According to him, the prosecutor has examined the case file for the illegal diesel tanker truck that was handed over to the Satreskrim Polres investigators a week ago.

The files still need to be completed because there is still a lack of formal and material evidence.
"We have given instructions, later the details will be given to investigators," he said in a statement to the press.
Kasatreskrim Blora Police AKP Supriyono admitted that he had not received information on the return of the case files that had previously been delegated to the prosecutor's office.
"I don't know (the file was returned)," he answered briefly.
Previously, Supriyono explained that he had arrested one suspect in the illegal diesel fuel tanker truck case.
The suspect is a resident of Blora. During the search process, the suspect was arrested in Bali.
Currently in custody at the police station. Police are still investigating the case, as well as the involvement of other suspects.
Because only one person has been arrested, it is suspected that there are other perpetrators. (Endah/ IST )
