INFOKU, BLORA – Some time ago, Commission B of the Blora DPRD highlighted the definitive plan for group needs (RDKK) which was still in disarray.
However, this was denied by the Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Service (DP4) of Blora.
The data collection is considered to have been based on data on the ownership of the fields and proven by a letter of notification of tax payable (SPPT).
"In my opinion, the data collection for the RDKK is good, because we also collect the data through rice fields," said Blora Lilik Setyawan, Head of the Agricultural Facilities and Infrastructure Division of DP4 Blora Lilik Setyawan yesterday (9/11).
Lilik explained that the data collection for the extension team was carried out through land or rice field ownership data, as evidenced by the SPPT. Thus, the data recorded is appropriate in the field. Even if there is a change, according to him it is reasonable.
“There are always changes every year, such as feeling unregistered. But after checking it turns out it has. There were also those who died, so that the rice fields were passed on to their children," he explained.

He explained, this year's RDKK data were as many as 166,800 farming families. According to him, the most important problem with fertilizer is its distribution. His party revealed that there were only 102 extension officers, to reach farmers needed hard work.
"One extension worker can become an extension worker in four to five villages," he said.

DPRD Commission B Chairman Yuyus Waluyo revealed that RDKK data had been a problem since 2019. According to him, it is still unresolved.
"(Blora) let alone dealing with fertilizers, the RDKK data since 2009 has not been completed," he said. (Endah/ IST )
