INFOKU, BLORA - The Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has sent an individual village head (kades) in Blora Regency, Central Java, to the detention center for alleged corruption of hundreds of millions of rupiah in village funds.
Before being taken to the detention center, Sriyanto had time to visit the Blora Kejari office. Kasi Intel Kejari Blora Jatmiko said, Sriyanto went to the prosecutor's office after receiving an official summons for questioning as a suspect.
"He was summoned with an official summons, because the person concerned was cooperative, he came personally to the prosecutor's office accompanied by his legal adviser," Jatmiko said to reporters in his office, Wednesday (5/10/2022).
After the village head was examined and declared healthy, the prosecutor's office then took him to the detention center for detention for the next 20 days starting from October 5 to October 24, 2022.

Jatmiko explained that the village head was suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption in village funds between 2019 and 2021.
"The investigation into suspect S, in this case the person concerned is suspected of having committed a criminal act of corruption in the misuse of village funds in Tlogotuwung Village , Randublatung District, Blora Regency from 2019 to 2021," he explained.
Based on the results of the calculations carried out, the village head is suspected of having harmed the state nearly Rp 700 million.

"From the results of the calculation of state financial losses involving the Blora district inspectorate, it was found indications of state losses of Rp 691,514,797 rupiah," he explained.
To account for his actions, the village head is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption, subsidiary Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of corruption.
