INFOKU, BLORA – Incentives for non-state civil servant (ASN) madrasa teachers are implemented for one year.
In Blora there are 1,774 non-ASN teachers, but not all of them can get them.
Several problems occurred in the field that did not meet the criteria for receiving incentives.
The head of the Ministry of Religion, Blora Khafit, explained that incentive assistance has been given to non-ASN for a long time.
The difference this year is distributed in one term. That is dirapel one year. Previously, disbursement was done every two months.
The Head of Education for Madrasas and Islamic Boarding Schools at the Ministry of Religion, Blora Mustakim, through his staff, Amin explained, this year's non-ASN teachers will receive incentives from the central Ministry of Religion. One-time disbursement scheme, implemented for one year.
Based on data from the Information System for Educators and Education Personnel (Simpatika) there are 1,774 teachers.
"The information is from the central Ministry of Religion, this year, it will be implemented once a year, disbursed once," he explained.
Amin explained that it is impossible to ensure that all of these amounts will be obtained, because there are priorities and criteria for receiving incentives.
In addition to being registered in Simpatika, there are three things to consider. Namely a linear diploma, length of service, and age.
"Sometimes not all of that amount, like the previous year, was finally returned," he explained.
According to him, this also affects the amount of incentives received by non-ASN teachers.
He was given an example of an account that had been disbursed amounting to Rp. 2.8 million. It could be that every teacher is different and some also get half.
Amin also explained that in 2020 from the Simpatika website there were 5,112 quotas but only 426 teachers were disbursed. While this year and 2021 the data cannot be accessed.

So it is not possible to confirm the fixed number of teachers will receive incentives this year.
"The reports from the center are still empty, so we don't know whether all of them are liquidated or not," he said.
The teacher apparatus within the Ministry of Religion of Blora is 17,774 non-ASN teachers. There are 188 raudlatul athfal (RA) teachers, 654 ibtidaiyah madrasah (MI) teachers, 741 tsanawiyah madrasah (MTs) teachers, and 191 madrasah aliyah (MA) teachers. ( Endah / IST )
