Inflation Impact BLT for Residents in 24 Sub-Districts Begins to be Distributed


INFOKU, BLORA - The Blora Regency Government has begun to distribute direct cash assistance or BLT in the context of handling the impact of inflation in Blora Regency Phase I to underprivileged communities in 24 urban villages.

The inaugural handover began on Monday (17/10/2022) at the Bangkle Village Office, attended and directly launched by the Deputy Regent of Blora, Tri Yuli Setyowati, representing the Regent of Blora.

Symbolically, the Deputy Regent handed over the BLT to the recipient's representative in the Kelurahan. Each recipient will receive assistance with a nominal value of 150 thousand rupiah per month.

This distribution is carried out for a period of 2 months (September-October), so that residents receive Rp. 300 thousand rupiah.

Deputy Regent Tri Yuli stated, the Blora Regency Government has prepared around 3 thousand packages/quota of BLT assistance which will be given to underprivileged communities in 24 urban villages.

"We launched the direct BLT cash assistance due to inflation that was given to 24 urban villages, we launched it in Bangkle Village, today there are two distributions, for two months it becomes 300 thousand, this is September and October distribution, for November and December there will be 4 months for 2022, please accept it, ladies and gentlemen," explained the Deputy Regent who is familiarly called Mbak Etik.

He hoped that the assistance could be put to good use by the people in need in these villages.

The Deputy Regent who was present together with the Head of the Blora Inspectorate, representatives from the Blora District Attorney, the Blora Police, the Blora Kodim, warned that aid should not be cut off.

"Today, the Inspectorate, Prosecutor's Office and APH are here to monitor whether this assistance reaches everyone's attention, if there is an individual or someone on behalf of anyone if you want to ask for the rights (assistance obtained) from Panjenengan, don't give it," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Head of the P3A Social Service, Blora Indah Purwaningsih, revealed that the central government asked the regions to allocate mandatory spending in order to deal with the impact of inflation for the 2022 fiscal year.

"The Blora Regency Government through the Social Affairs Office P3A has compiled several programs in order to handle the impact of inflation in Blora Regency, one of which is the provision of direct cash assistance due to the impact of inflation to urban villages," said Indah.

Indah said that this time the assistance was specifically given to sub-districts, in contrast to villages that already had a budget sourced from village funds so that they could provide BLT DD.

"This assistance is specifically for kelurahan because Blora has 24 kelurahan and from kelurahan there is no BLT DD, so we provide an opportunity to be able to serve people affected by inflation in the kelurahan," he explained.

In Bangkle Village, his party said that they had gone through various stages, the Dinsos data that had been submitted to the village was then carried out field verification. Until finally obtained to 152 recipients.

"Every month residents get 150 thousand, we every time the disbursement is carried out for two months, so once distribution they receive 300 thousand and there are no administrative cuts," he explained. (Setyorini/KOM)
