INFOKU, BLORA - Blora Regency's long struggle to get a share of oil and gas revenue-sharing (DBH) from the Cepu Block has finally paid off.
The Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, said that in the 2023 fiscal year, Blora will receive oil and gas DBH of Rp160 billion.
A significant improvement after the ratification of the revised Law on Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments (HKPD) in 2022.
"If in 2022, Blora's oil and gas DBH is only IDR 7 billion. Then in 2023 Blora will get IDR 160 billion of oil and gas DBH due to the revision of Law No. 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between Central and Regional Governments," explained Regent Arief, Saturday (1 /10/2022).
According to him, the oil and gas DBH of Rp160 billion will be used to continue the construction of road infrastructure in Blora Regency next year.

According to him, if in 2022 Blora builds a road with loan funds, hopefully next year we can continue the construction with a budget from the Oil and Gas DBH.
His party admitted that they are grateful and grateful to all parties who have supported the efforts to revise the HKPD Law so that Blora can be included as a recipient area for the Cepu Block Oil and Gas DBH.
In the past, we predicted that Blora could get around Rp. 400 billion. We have compiled a number of formulas for calculating the Oil and Gas DBH and submitted to the relevant ministries.
