– Approximately 16 hectares of land in Karangjong Village, Ngawen District, Blora, promised to be returned to 31 families (KK) with the issuance of certificates of ownership.
This policy is due to the fact that in 1994 the people's land was exchanged for land owned by Perhutani in Wonorejo, Cepu District.
Village Head (Kades) Karangjong Sugiyono explained that he was quite relieved after hearing an explanation from the Ministry of ATR/BPN. This is because around 16 hectares of land owned by 31 families will be returned, and the legality of ownership certificates will be obtained.
"With the visit of the Minister, I hope to be able to return the land owned by 31 people," he said.
Sugiyono explained that the chronology of the land acquisition in 1994, when one of the Blora businessmen came to take over the land had been worked on by residents for years.

The entrepreneur claims 16 hectares of land. The plan is to exchange the bolsters with land in Wonorejo, Cepu District.
“From there, the residents realized that the land had been taken by Perhutani. Currently it is still controlled by Perhutani, even though there is no deed of sale and purchase with the residents," he explained.
He explained that the land in the form of rice fields and fields was used by residents to earn daily income. He felt sorry for himself, because the people who own the land live below the poverty line.
"I feel sorry for many residents who are poor people, the land was suddenly taken by Perhutani," he explained.

He had attempted to issue a PTSL program ownership letter from the central government to the National Land Agency (BPN) of Blora. Bringing evidence in the form of SPPT, village C, village maps and the names of each person. But rejected.
“About five months ago I went to BPN. I tried to apply for my certificate, it was rejected, for that reason SPPT is not proprietary. But this is complete, both SPPT, village C, village maps, complete names of people in village administration," he said.
The Coordinator of the Advocacy Team for the Wonorejo Region, Cepu Lukito, explained that the land acquisition case in Karangjong Village was the object of land swaps in Wonorejo. According to him it was the result of the actions of the government regime at that time.
“Those who completely ignore and ignore the community are up to 31 families. And 21 years can not produce, “he said.
Lukito explained, the land was handed over by the district government at that time to Perhutani.
Hear the commitment from the Minister of ATR/BPN. Land that is currently managed by Perhutani will be removed from state forest status.
"It was raised to a certificate of ownership because it has a different history from Wonorejo," he concluded. (Setyorini/ IST )
