INFOKU, BLORA - Central Java Police Blora Police through the Binmas Unit (Satbinmas) and the Narcotics Investigation Unit (Satresnarkoba) held counseling on Prevention of Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) to students at SMK N 1 Blora, Wednesday (28/9 /2022).
This outreach activity is a routine program from the Blora Police in the context of preventing drug trafficking in the Blora district.
Blora Police Chief AKBP Fahrurozi through Head of Narcotics Satres Iptu Edi Santosa revealed that the purpose of the activity was to provide insight and counseling on the dangers of drug abuse and trafficking for the younger generation, especially for students of SMK N 1 Blora.
"As a precautionary measure, we don't want our young generation to make mistakes in socializing," said the Head of the Narcotics Unit at the Blora Police.
In his presentation, the Head of the Narcotics Unit at the Blora Police explained the notion of psychotropic drugs and other addictive substances, as well as the introduction of the types of drugs and their effects on the health of the human body.
In addition, it explains the application of the articles on drug crimes so that students and parents know the criminal sanctions if they fall into drugs.

Iptu Edi also explained medical and social rehabilitation efforts for drug addicts in Blora Regency as well as tips on avoiding drugs.
"With P4GN counseling, we try to provide insight to students as one of the suggestions for mental personality formation to avoid wrong associations, let alone use drugs," he said.
Participants seemed enthusiastic in participating in the counseling. Activities like this are one of the programs of the National Police Chief of the Precision Police to create a generation of a nation that is strong and has character.
