INFOKU, BLORA -The Oil and Gas Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH Migas) in 2023 will certainly be obtained by the Blora Regency Government.
Blora Regent Arief Rohman said the oil and gas DBH he would later receive ranged from Rp 200 billion to Rp 300 billion.
This was conveyed after he participated in the kick off of the socialization of Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments (UU HKPD) which was held by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) RI, at the Pendopo Kudus Regency, on Friday (11/3/2022).
"We predict that Blora will get around Rp 200 billion to Rp 300 billion. We will use this DBH to build Blora's infrastructure, which is still in a lot of damage," he said.
In the socialization, Arief also submitted a letter of proposal for the technical calculation of the distribution of oil and gas DBH which is expected to become a derivative rule of the HKPD Law, one of which will regulate the distribution of the Cepu Block Oil and Gas DBH for Blora Regency.
"We are very grateful, finally our struggle to obtain the Cepu Block Oil and Gas DBH has begun to open up with the birth of the new HKPD Law," he said. According to him, based on the recently ratified HKPD Law, there is a clause explaining that the border areas of producing districts are entitled to DBH of 3 percent.

In fact, there are seven districts bordering the producing district (Bojonegoro), namely Blora, Tuban, Ngawi, Madiun, Nganjuk, Jombang, and Lamongan.
"But if you look at Blora's position in the Cepu Block, we enter the Cepu Block Mining Working Area (WKP) as much as 37 percent of which production wells are in Bojonegoro," he said.
Thus, the portion that Blora gets from this 3 percent is more than the other 6 regencies bordering Bojonegoro but not included in the WKP.
He further explained that he had compiled a formulation in the Discussion Group Forum (FGD) some time ago with relevant stakeholders, which was then written down in a letter and submitted to the Director General of Fiscal Balance.
"The calculations are hopefully Blora can get 2 percent, the remaining one percent is divided into 6 other border districts based on the length of the border line," he said.
The politician from the National Awakening Party (PKB) also revealed that it was only natural for Blora Regency to receive the Cepu Block Oil and Gas DBH because it had only been a spectator for a long time even though it was included in the WKP as much as 37 percent.
"Before the new HKPD Law, the distribution of oil and gas DBH was only calculated based on the location of the mouth of the well and neighboring regencies that are in the same province as the producing district," he explained.
"Meanwhile, even though Blora is included in the WKP and is directly adjacent to the producing district, because it is different from the province with Bojonegoro, the DBH is zero," he added.
So that his party is very grateful for the existence of this new HKPD Law, by thanking the Minister of Finance and the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for the ratification of the HKPD Law.

"Previously, the basis for the distribution of DBH was based on the province. This is what makes Blora bite the finger because the Cepu Block has the mouth of the well in Bojonegoro. Administratively, Blora belongs to Central Java and Bojonegoro, East Java. can (DBH oil and gas)," he said.
He also appreciated the enthusiasm of the Blora Regent in encouraging the acquisition of Oil and Gas DBH through this HKPD Law.
"The Regent has extraordinary enthusiasm. The law has just been ratified and socialized, it turns out that he has already compiled a proposal for calculating the oil and gas DBH through a letter that was submitted directly today. This is too enthusiastic, extraordinary. he.
