INFOKU, BLORA -Finally the Complete Fertilizer Kiosk (KPL) in Ngawen and Kunduran Districts was caught selling fertilizer above the Highest Retail Price (HET).
This was known after the Acting Service of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (Dindagkop UKM) of Blora Regency, Luluk Kusuma Ariadi conducted a surprise inspection (Sidak) on Tuesday (15/2). Furthermore, KPL was given a warning and asked to sell fertilizer according to the HET.
“Check the fertilizer retailer regarding information on fertilizer sales above the HET. I am in the field with assistant III, Kodim, Agriculture, the Economics section, and the local forkopimcam," he explained.
During the inspection, Luluk found three KPLs selling fertilizers at prices above the HET. Two in Ngawen District and one in Kunduran Blora District.
“As a result, some retailers who sell fertilizers above the HET, we give warnings to sell at the HET. Meanwhile, there are 3 KPLs.

The former Camat of Cepu confirmed that he would take firm action against KPLs caught selling subsidized fertilizers above the HET. "Together with distributors, we can transfer the fertilizer retailers," he said.
Based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 49 of 2020 regarding the Highest Retail Price (HET) for Subsidized Fertilizers, the price of Urea type fertilizer that must be sold to farmers is Rp. 2,250 per kilogram, or Rp. 112,500 per sack. ZA fertilizer is sold for Rp. 1,700 per kilogram or Rp. 85,000 per sack.
Then SP-36 fertilizer is sold for Rp. 2,400 per kilogram or Rp. 120,000 per sack.

Phonska NPK fertilizer is sold for IDR 2,300 per kilogram or IDR 115,000 per sack.
And Petroganik type fertilizer is sold for Rp 800 per kilogram or Rp 32,000 per sack.
Meanwhile, Dandim 0721 Blora revealed that during the inspection, they were divided into two teams.
In that activity, the team provided education to KPL to sell subsidized Non Organic Fertilizer according to HET.
Next, PPL officers and distributors will also provide information on subsidized Non-Organic Fertilizers to KPL and Gapoktan.
In order to avoid Misuse of HET Prices, we will also anticipate the circulation of fertilizers from outside the region that is not official.
"PPL officers and distributors will provide Gapoktan with an understanding of the regulation of subsidized non-organic fertilizers so that there are no distribution errors and misunderstandings in the community," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
