INFOKU, BLORA - Deputy Regent of Blora Tri Yuli Setyowati attended the closing of the training for the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources' community assistance program held at PPSDM Migas Cepu, Wednesday (2/2/2022).
This training program is also the first wave in 2022.
Located in the 3rd Floor Hall of PPSDM Migas Cepu, the training that has been completed includes occupational safety and health operators, rigger unit lifters and forklift operators.
The training participants came from various areas such as Blora, Tuban, Bojonegoro, Cilacap, Indramayu, Natuna, Sorong, Seram Bagian Barat, Sumenep, Bengkalis, Kampar, Dumai, Aceh Tamiyang, Lhoksumawe, Jabung Tanjung Barat, Rokan Hilir, Prabumulih, Balikpapan City, Tarakan, Tabalong, Aru Islands and Bintuni Bay.
The training has been carried out from 10 to 28 January 2022, followed by a certification exam from 31 January to 2 February 2022 at PPSDM Migas .
The ethics of calling the Deputy Regent of Blora advised that the participants who had completed this training could later apply the knowledge they had acquired, so that they would be able to contribute to the Nation.
"I always advise that what you have obtained at the Cepu Migas PPSDM, please use it as best you can. The government has facilitated you with this training, but back to your commitment as a good citizen, who has competence, please use the knowledge you have gained well,” he continued.
Etik expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, including the Cepu Oil and Gas PPSDM who had organized the training activity.
"I personally and on behalf of the Blora Regency Government express my gratitude to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Oil and Gas PPSDM in Cepu, who have shared knowledge with our children, providing provisions for how it can be useful for the Indonesian nation," he said.
Meanwhile , FX Human Resources Development Coordinator. Yudi Triyanto Representing the Head of PPSDM Migas Cepu Waskito Tunggul Nusanto, said that the training activity went smoothly.
"The training is in order to improve the knowledge and skills of human resources, especially in the field of oil and gas, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has created a training and certification program to improve the competence of developing community human resources," he explained.
He said that the training and certification would be very useful later in facing the world of work.
According to him, having a certificate is one of the main ways to prove that someone has potential and is professional in that field.
He hopes that this training can provide benefits and as a start for the participants who have been trained to become reliable and competent workers.
At the end of the closing ceremony, the Deputy Regent of Ethics symbolically handed over certificates to the representatives of participants who had completed the training.
Present on the occasion were representatives from the Manpower Office from Tuban and Bojonegoro, the Cepu Koramil, structural and functional officials of the Cepu Oil and Gas PPSDM. (Endah/KOM)
