INFOKU, BLORA - Citilink airline will return to land at Ngloram Airport, Cepu, Blora Blora district.After being off five times, starting  from Monday (14/2), they will fly again.

Previously, the Ngloram-Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Flight was officially diverted from January 26, 2022.

Initially, the Halim (HLP)-Blora (CPF) PP route became the Jakarta (CGK)-Surabaya (SUB)-Blora (CPF) PP route.

In addition, Citilink also rerouted flights for the Halim (HLP)-Yogyakarta (JOG) PP route.

Diverted to route Jakarta (CGK)-Kulonprogo (YIA) PP. The reason is the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport revitalization program.

The head of Dewadaru Airport, Ariyadi Widyawan, admitted that due to the temporary closure of Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport, flights from Ngloram Cepu Airport to Halim were automatically closed.

So Citilink opens alternative flights from Cepu-Surabaya with the Connecting flight system, or only transits at one other airport before flying to the destination airport.

"Since Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport was closed, there have been no flights at Ngloram Airport at all," he explained.

He added that with the transit system, passengers could go to Jakarta via Surabaya. Can be connected to Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Denpasar, Batam and Bandung.

With this flight, residents in Balikpapan, Bali and Papua can enjoy flights to Ngloram Airport, Blora.

"The time is from Surabaya-Ngloram at 07.30. From Cepu-Surabaya at 11.25. After that, go to Jakarta," he added.

Ariyadi Widyawan added, previously Citilink would start flying tomorrow Friday. After coordinating with the regional government and the airlines, it was decided that the flight would be next Monday at the earliest.

"For the price, it's probably the same. But at this time on Traveloka it hasn't come out yet. So we asked to postpone it for Monday and Friday. I hope that if there is market potential, once Halim is opened again, Citilink will have two routes. The first is Cepu-Jakarta and Surabaya-Jakarta," he said.

Previously, Diah Suryani VP Corporate Secretary & CSR Citilink admitted that the transfer of flight operations from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport was in line with the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport revitalization program.
