INFOKU, BLORA –Until now, the District Government (Pemkab) of Blora has not implemented a booster vaccination for the community.
Head of the Blora District Health Office, Edi Widayat, said that his party began to coordinate related to booster vaccinations on Tuesday (18/1/2022).
"Tomorrow morning, we will have a three-dose booster in a technical meeting with our community health centers for its implementation. If the vaccine is available, we will implement it as soon as possible," said Edi when met by reporters at the Blora Regent's official residence, Monday (17/1/2022).
It is planned that the booster vaccine will be prioritized for the elderly who are prone to various diseases.

"We prioritize the third dose of booster, first the health workers (health workers) already, now we prioritize the elderly, come on the elderly because we give the elderly a booster first," he said.
Edi also said that his party will carry out booster vaccinations for the community in stages. The same applies to the vaccines he will receive from the central government.
"Today we are taking three doses of booster vaccine. The amount is gradual, we cannot ask the center for the amount, it will be distributed at the center," he explained.
