Governor Ganjar Sued Former DPRD Blora Rp 51 billion

 INFOKU, BLORA –Setiyadji Setyawidjaja Unacceptably dismissed from the Blora DPRD, sued Governor Ganjar Pranowo and 6 officials in Blora.

As for the 6 Blora officials who were being sued by the Blora Regent, the Chairman of the Blora DPRD, the Blora KPU, the Secretary of State, the Blora Bawaslu and the Chairperson of the Gerindra Party DPC. In addition, he asked for compensation of Rp. 51 billion.

The lawsuit against Ganjar was carried out following the issuance of a letter from the Governor of Ganjar numbered 170/159 of 2021 dated December 28, 2021 regarding the Inauguration of the Interim Dismissal of Members of the Regional House of Representatives of Blora Regency for the 2019-2024 term.

"That the Plaintiff filed an a quo lawsuit against Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, Defendant IV, and Defendant V, in connection with the actions of Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, Defendant IV, and Defendant V who had committed unlawful acts, namely has terminated Plaintiff H. SETIADJI SETYAWIDJAJA, SH as a Member of the Regional People's Representative Council of Blora Regency for the 2019-2024 term," he explained.

Farid Rudianto, Setiyadji's attorney, admitted that he had filed a lawsuit against the Blora District Court for the governor's decision. He asked the panel of judges to cancel the Governor's decision.

"There are at least 7 parties that we are suing. Starting from the Governor, Regent, Chairman of the DPRD Blora, KPU Blora, Secretary, Bawaslu Blora and Chairman of the DPC Gerindra Party. Because there is an act against the law. In addition, we ask for compensation of Rp. 51 billion," he explained.

Currently, the lawsuit has been registered with the Blora District Court. The plan, the inaugural trial will be held on January 17, 2022 later.

According to him, the unlawful act is because his client is still in the trial process at the South Jakarta District Court. And have to wait until inkrah.

"That the actions or actions of Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, Defendant IV and Defendant V were not procedural and did not go through a legally correct mechanism and violated the basic rights of the plaintiff," he added.

According to him, the process of dismissing and changing between the times of the Plaintiff as a Member of the Blora Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 term of service is legally flawed.

Therefore, it is appropriate for Defendant VI and Defendant VII to postpone the inauguration of the Interim Change of Members of the Blora Regency DPRD and the Gerindra Party Faction at the Blora Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 period on behalf of the Plaintiff before the a quo case has permanent legal force.

For that, his party requested the Blora District Court Judges who examined and adjudicated this matter to accept and grant the Plaintiff's provision application as a whole.

Declares and stipulates that before this case obtains a verdict having permanent legal force.

All decisions and/or decisions that have been issued by the Defendants relating to the Plaintiff as Member 6 of the Blora Regency DPRD and the Gerindra Party Faction in the Blora Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 period are in the status quo and have no legal consequences.

Next, the panel of judges can order the defendants to stop all processes, actions or actions and make any decisions related to the Plaintiff as a Member of the Blora Regency DPRD and the Gerindra Party Faction in the Blora Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 period until this case has permanent legal force.

Separately, the chairman of the Blora DPRD, HM Dasum, one of whom Setiadji is suing, admitted that the lawsuit directed against him was at the wrong address.

"Is the lawsuit not the wrong address? It should be if you want to sue the party," he explained.

According to him, if he does not follow up on letters from Gerindra to a number of parties, he will also be subject to sanctions.
