INFOKU, BLORA -The Narcotics Investigation Unit (Satresnarkoba) of the Blora Police, Central Java Regional Police, has succeeded in securing liquor (alcohol) dealers in the Blora district.
Two perpetrators were arrested by members of the Narcotics Satres on Saturday (22/1/2022), at around 16.30 WIT on the Blora Purwodadi highway along the land of Maguan Hamlet, Tamanrejo Village, to be precise at the Traffic Light, Tunjungan Blora sub-district by driving 1 (one) type of KBM unit. The arrested suspects are AP, (43) and SH, (52), both of whom are residents of the Kragan subdistrict, Rembang Regency.
In addition to securing the suspect, the officers also managed to secure evidence as many as 35 jerry cans containing 735 liters of alcoholic drink of the type of Javanese wine/plain wine which were loaded on a pickup truck.
Blora Police Chief AKBP Aan Hardiansyah through Head of Narcotics Headquarters Iptu Edi Santosa, said that the suspect was arrested while carrying 735 liters of alcohol using a pickup type pickup.
"We have secured the suspect along with evidence of 735 liters of alcohol which was transported in an open pickup pickup vehicle," said Head of the Blora Police Narcotics Unit, Sunday (1/23/2022).
Furthermore, the former Head of Bin Ops Satreskrim Blora Police revealed that the suspect was ensnared in Article 29 paragraph 1 jo. Article 9 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Regional Regulation of Blora Regency No. 8 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation of Blora Regency Number 7 of 2015 concerning Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverages.
To the community members, the Head of the Narcotics Headquarters advised residents not to play with liquor, because consuming it could damage their health. Especially if you are addicted, it will be difficult to get rid of.
"In addition to illegal goods, consuming alcohol can damage health. For that, don't play with alcohol," said the Head of the Narcotics Unit.
