INFOKU, BLORA - Blora Police Polda Central Java ahead of the Lunar New Year 2573 which falls on Tuesday (1/2/2022) intensify patrols of pagodas in the local area Monday (31/1/2022).
The patrols were carried out in two temples, namely the Hok Tik Bio Temple in Blora District and the Panti Suci Temple or House of Worship in Cepu District.
Blora Police Chief AKBP Aan Hardiansyah revealed that this step was to provide a sense of security and comfort to the community, especially residents celebrating the 2573 Lunar New Year.
"We don't want to underestimate (underestimate) guarding and patrolling temples and other places of worship. We will, of course, always coordinate with the management of places of worship when there are big activities," said the Blora Police Chief.
The former Head of the Morotai Island Police revealed that his party had instructed the Polsek whose territory had a temple to carry out patrols and guard.
"We are increasing patrols and guarding to ensure the safety and comfort of the people of Blora district," he said.

According to data in the field, for activities at the Hok Tik Bio Blora Temple on the eve of Chinese New Year, only limited prayer activities were held, there were no big celebrations.
Then for the Panti Suci Cepu Temple, there is no activity at the Temple. Worship and prayer are carried out in their respective homes.
