INFOKU, BLORA -The Blora Regency Government held a socialization of a number of the latest regulations related to the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) at the Pendopo of the Blora Regent's Official Residence, Tuesday (10/3/2026).
This outreach aims to strengthen the understanding of program implementers regarding the latest regulations while improving the quality of MBG implementation in the region.
The socialization was led directly by the Deputy Regent of Blora, Sri Setyorini, accompanied by the Head of the Blora Regency Regional Health Service, Edi Widayat.

The activity was also attended by representatives of the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), related regional apparatus organizations, Heads of Sub-district Task Forces throughout Blora Regency, Territorial Section Officers of Kodim 0721/Blora, Head of Public Health at the Blora Regency Regional Health Office, all foundations that oversee Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) throughout Blora Regency, as well as all Heads of SPPG in the Blora Regency area.
In his direction, the Deputy Regent emphasized the importance of understanding the latest regulations governing the implementation of the MBG program.
He also highlighted a number of public complaints that need to be immediately followed up by SPPG managers.
"SPPGs must understand the latest regulations regarding President Prabowo's MBG program. SPPGs must also immediately establish Wastewater Treatment Plants (IPAL). If they don't understand, they can ask and learn from SPPGs that already have IPALs," said Sri Setyorini.

According to him, the MBG program is a strategic step in supporting the fulfillment of children's nutritional needs while improving the quality of human resources.
Therefore, all implementers in the field are asked to pay attention to the quality of the menu and the appropriateness of food presentation.
He also requested that various public complaints regarding the MBG menu no longer occur.

He continued, the cleanliness and hygiene aspects have shown improvement, but the quality of the dishes still needs to be improved.
"There should be no more complaints or grievances from the public regarding the MBG menu. I appreciate the improved cleanliness and hygiene, with no further reports of caterpillars being found. However, there are still complaints regarding the suitability of the MBG menu, so this needs to be addressed immediately so that this program can run smoothly," he stressed. (Setyorini)
