INFOKU, BLORA –The Blora Regency Government (Pemkab) officially appointed 62 Part-Time Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the 2025 formation.
The Head of the Blora Civil Service and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM), Heru Eko Wiyono, said that the appointment refers to the Circular Letter (SE) of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (MenpanRB) which applies to Blora Regency.
From this provision, he said, it was determined that 62 honorary workers would be appointed as Part-Time PPPK.
"This will be filled by the R4 group, namely non-civil servants who took the test and whose positions were not yet available. This includes 55 Islamic Religious Education teachers, one arts and culture teacher, and three education staff," he explained.
"There are also three technical staff. Two are stationed in Jepon District and two in Sambong District," he added.
Heru continued, the Part-Time PPPK work agreement is valid for one year and contains employee rights, including leave and wages.
Salary Rp. 1.2 million
He said the Part-Time PPPK salary in Blora for bachelor's graduates is IDR 1.2 million per month, while high school (SMA) graduates receive IDR 1.1 million.
According to him, the salary determination refers to the SE MenpanRB with a 2R scheme, namely adjusted to the last income previously received by the employee.
"Many teachers who were previously contract teachers only received Rp 300,000 to Rp 400,000. So, we've taken steps to provide graduate teachers in Blora with a total salary of Rp 1.2 million, comprising Rp 700,000 from the regional budget and Rp 500,000 from the school-based operational assistance program," he said.
Meanwhile, high school graduate educators receive wages of around Rp. 1,132 million.
The policy also refers to a letter from the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) which allows the provision of honorariums for Part-Time PPPK from School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds of a maximum of 20 percent.
"We've conveyed the draft agreement to you, please sign it, and it will be effective for Part-Time PPPK starting January 1st. If no one agrees, they're welcome to withdraw and the number of employees will be reduced," he said.
Furthermore, Heru stated that the majority of Part-Time PPPK teachers are placed at the elementary and middle school levels.
The opportunity to be appointed as a full-time PPPK is still pending the availability of positions from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
"The work evaluation will be calculated for one year and can be extended. If the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) opens a PPPK position in 2026, we will prioritize part-time PPPK appointments. The important thing is to clarify the transition for those who were previously honorary employees to become ASN," he continued.
One of the Part-Time PPPK, Nur Laila Dita Rika Sholihah, said she was grateful for the appointment.

He has served for five years as a teacher at SDN 1 Jomblang, Jepon District, with a previous salary of IDR 350 thousand per month.
