INFOKU, BLORA - Blora residents continue to complain about the shockingly poor quality of Pertalite .
The Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs ( Dindagkop UKM ) of Blora Regency also spoke out.
They encourage the public to report immediately if they find a motorbike damaged by filling it with Pertalite.
Head of the Legal Metrology Unit (UPTD) of the Blora Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Office, Indah Yuniatik, admitted that information about the poor quality of Pertalite had reached her.

However, they have no authority to conduct quality checks. Nevertheless, they have reported the residents' complaints to Pertamina .
"We're only concerned with fuel measurements , not quality. However, we've coordinated with Pertamina inspectors who are more familiar with fuel quality," he explained.
He also said that for Blora residents who feel they have been disadvantaged after filling up with fuel at the nearest gas station , he advised them to immediately report it to the complaint post that has been provided.
"We have notified all gas stations in the Blora area to display this complaint number," he stressed.

Previously, Area Manager of Communication, Relations, and CSR for Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Central Java - DIY Taufiq Kurniawan immediately went down to the field.
As a result, his party claimed that there was no fuel at the Blora gas station that contained water or ethanol .
Taufiq explained that his team went directly to Blora because there were complaints on social media.
One of the gas stations that was checked was in Karangjati, Kota.
"So, we conducted a direct inspection with the Blora Regency Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Office (Dindagkop UKM). We conducted the inspection because we received complaints from consumers," he said.
His party checked in various ways, both manually and digitally.
The first test is to check for water or ethanol contamination.
"We conducted a manual test. We inserted a stick smeared with water paste. If it was contaminated with water, the color would change. The results showed no change," he explained.
Then, a digital test was performed using a device that can detect water content in fuel. The digital check also found no water or ethanol in the fuel at the Karangjati gas station.
