Awaiting the Ministry of Finance's approval, the Rp 215 billion regional loan for 41 new toll roads could be realized.

INFOKU, BLORA  -to regional loans, this was confirmed by the Regent  of Blora ,  Arief Rohman .

However, according to him, the process is still waiting for permission to be issued by the Ministry  of Finance  ( Kemenkeu ).

There is no reduction in the regional loan value of IDR 215 billion, which is planned to be used for  the construction of  41  road sections .

"The loan is still being processed, it's clear, God willing, there will be no problems," said Regent Arief to Jawa Pos Radar Bojonegoro, yesterday (8/9).

Arief emphasized that the regional loan application that had been jointly agreed upon was running smoothly.

There is no reduction in the amount. The loan value remains at Rp 215 billion.

“Still, no change,” he added.

He said, after the permit from the Ministry of Finance was issued, the regional loan money from  Bank Jateng  could immediately be transferred to the regional treasury ( kasda ).

And then, the construction of road infrastructure can be carried out immediately.

"The Ministry of Finance's permit will be issued in connection with the loan," he said.

It is known that the agreed loan money was to build 41 roads in Blora.

This step is an alternative for regional development, because  the central government's transfer funds   to the regions in the form of Special Allocation Funds (DAK) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) have decreased.

The pure APBD cannot cover the road construction needs that the community hopes for.

The Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development of the Blora Regional Secretary, Dasiran, in a press statement explained that of the total 41 road sections that have entered the auction process, 36 projects have already had winners and contracts signed, while 5 other projects are still in progress.

"Hopefully, this regional loan can be disbursed soon, so that development can proceed smoothly," he said.

According to Dasiran, if we only rely on the pure APBD, the budget for road repairs in Blora is very limited.
