The reason is that the building that was constructed for the nutrition kitchen was without the knowledge of the central BGN.
Kodim 0721 Blora confirmed that it would not add any nutritional kitchens.
Commander of Kodim (Dandim) 0721/Blora Lieutenant Colonel Czi Yuli Hartanto confirmed that the building with a project sign that reads BGN Deputy for Public Procurement in Cepu District is not a program to add healthy kitchens in Blora.

"We apologize that there was no confirmation regarding the building to Kodim and there were no licensing instructions from the Central BGN," he said yesterday (30/1).
Yuli said that until now there has been no addition of nutrition kitchens, and the central government has not received any information from the lower levels.
Upon hearing information that someone had used the BGN name, his party will report it to the Central BGN.
"Later, after confirmation by the central BGN, there will be a survey in the field," he explained.
In line with the Dandim, the Head of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) of Blora Regency, Artika Diannita, stated that she was not aware of the construction of a public kitchen by BGN in the Cepu area.
"Which BGN is this? Even Kodim doesn't know. If it's a public kitchen, it must be Kodim and I know," said the woman who is also a BGN officer in Blora.
When asked about the use of BGN's name, Artika admitted that he did not know where the building came from or who built it.
Meanwhile, in the construction of a public kitchen in Cepu District, Blora, it is very clearly written on the information board that it is "National Nutrition Agency, Deputy General".
Then, the name of the activity is "Development of PT Karisma Talenta Agung Nutrition Kitchen".
