Blora DPRD Chairman Targets Road Infrastructure Development in Todanan to be Completed in 2026

INFOKU, BLORA -Chairman of the Blora Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), Mustopa, emphasized that the construction of road infrastructure in Todanan District is targeted for completion in 2026. 

The statement was delivered during the sub-district level Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) held at the sub-district hall, Thursday, February 13, 2025.

On that occasion, Mustopa in his speech emphasized the importance of road infrastructure development to improve connectivity between regions and encourage economic growth in local communities.

"Road construction in Todanan sub-district is one of the main priorities of the Regional Government," he said.

He explained that with good infrastructure, transportation access would certainly be smoother and would be able to improve the economy of the Todanan community.

Therefore, the party is targeting the Public Works Department (DPU) road infrastructure in Todanan to be completed in 2026.

"So, please DPU, all Blora Public Works roads in Todanan District are recorded. We will build them gradually from 2025 to 2026," he said.

In addition, he also invited the public to participate in monitoring the progress of development to ensure that it complies with the established quality standards.

"The Blora Regency Government together with the DPRD will continue to monitor the budget and project progress so that it runs according to plan," concluded Mustopa.

Meanwhile, Didik, a Todanan resident, welcomed the plan and hoped that the road construction could be completed on time.

"I hope that adequate infrastructure can accelerate the distribution of agricultural products and improve people's welfare, both in the economic and education sectors," Didik hoped.

This sub-district level Musrenbang also discussed various other development proposals, including improving educational facilities, health, and community-based economic sectors. (Endah)
