INFOKU, BLORA -Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Blora Regency, Komang Gede Irawadi, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Blora Regency, Monday (11/11/2024).
The Regional Secretary wants to ensure that all services, including permits from the Blora Regency Government, can be implemented at the MPP.
Regional Secretary Komang said that during the KPK roadshow to several districts including Blora, the KPK suggested that public service activities such as licensing be placed in one place, namely at the MPP.
"At that time, we gathered all regional apparatuses so that the licensing services would be carried out in one place, namely at the MPP starting October 1, 2024. Although there were several OPDs that had done it in mid-September, then we tried it, and today we are evaluating it," he explained.
Accompanied by the Assistant for General Administration, Blora District Inspectorate, Head of Blora DPM PTSP, and the Ortala Section of the Blora Regional Secretariat, Regional Secretary Komang checked all service counters at the MPP.
Both from services owned by vertical agencies, services from agencies within the scope of the Blora Regency Government, to banking.
He even greeted the MPP visitors who were being served by officers at that time.
"We check how fast it is, the process, then the cost, the licensing fee is free, but there are some that are subject to levies, it must be transparent, we must announce it so that every community who wants to get a license knows how much it costs, for that we made this simulation at several counters and I see that everything is quite good," explained the Blora Regional Secretary.

He also provided a number of suggestions and input so that in the future MPP Blora can be more optimal in providing services.
Meanwhile, the Head of DPMPTSP Blora, Bondan Arsiyanti, revealed that the arrival of the Blora Regional Secretary and a number of officials was in order to check and evaluate service activities at the MPP.
"This afternoon, the evaluation of MPP activities has become a new concept. If yesterday there were still many regional apparatuses that provided licensing services in their respective offices, as of October 1, 2024 yesterday, services have effectively been implemented at the MPP office," explained Bondan Arsiyanti.
