INFOKU, BLORA -Acting Regent of Blora Tri Yuli Setyowati said the central government is committed to supporting teachers through various programs.
Such as fulfilling teacher qualifications, competency training, and improving welfare through certification, both for ASN and non-ASN teachers.
"Regarding teacher protection, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education will sign a memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement with the Indonesian National Police, which includes an agreement so that problems of violence in education are resolved peacefully and amicably or through restorative justice, so that teachers do not become convicts," said Tri Yuli Setyowati.

This agreement was stated when reading the message of the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education (Dikdasmen), Abdul Mu'ti at the 2024 National Teachers' Day (HGN) commemoration ceremony in the yard of the Blora Regional Secretariat Office (Setda), Monday (11/25/2024).
HGN 2024 carries the theme "Healthy Teachers, Strong Indonesia", which highlights the importance of the role of teachers in educating the nation, including government efforts to improve the quality and welfare of teachers.
"I wish a Happy National Teachers' Day to all teachers throughout the country. Whether you work in big cities or in remote villages with limited facilities, your dedication is a noble task to educate and advance the nation," said the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education delivered by the Acting Regent of Blora when he was the inspector of the 2024 HGN ceremony.

It was further conveyed that the central government is currently also trying to guarantee the security of teachers so that they can work peacefully and free from all forms of intimidation and acts of violence by anyone.
Personally, Blora Deputy Regent Tri Yuli Setyowati expressed her appreciation to all teachers in Blora Regency who have made real contributions to building human resources.
"From the bottom of my heart, I express my deepest gratitude. Teachers have helped the Blora Regency Government break the chain of poverty through education. Continue to work wherever and whenever," he said.
The solemn ceremony was attended by members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) of Blora Regency, MKKS, IGTKI, HIMAPAUDI, students, and students from elementary, junior high, to high school levels. Also present were the Forkopimda ranks and heads of regional apparatus of Blora Regency. (Setyorini)
