INFOKU, BLORA -Difficulty in finding specialist doctors has become a problem for the Regional General Hospital ( RSUD ) in Blora Regency.
The problem is, there are no applicants for the seven positions opened in the recruitment of prospective civil servants ( CPNS ).
Head of the Blora Health Service ( Dinkes ) Edy Widayat revealed that his party still needs additional doctors, including specialist doctors to fill the Blora Regional Hospital, Cepu Regional Hospital , and Randublatung Regional Hospital .
"We need that. So, in this year's CPNS recruitment, we proposed the formation to BKD ," he said.

Edy said that his party was having difficulty finding the lacking doctors to be assigned to the regional hospital.
However, with this year's quota not being filled , the specialist doctor services needed will certainly not be fully covered.
Even though it is very important to provide complete services to citizens.
"There are specialists in internal medicine, nerves, eyes, orthopedics, pathology, anatomy, radiology that we need. Their existence is very important for the RSUD service," he said.
According to Edy, the unfilled specialist doctor positions in Blora Regency are due to the lack of graduates from these positions.

From his monitoring, several cities are also having difficulty filling specialist doctor quotas.
"I also see that some cities have minimal numbers, because there are only a few graduates," he said.
He explained that although the need for specialist doctors was still lacking.
The party will maximize services with available health workers.
"Yes, what else can we do if there are no registrants, who will fill in the form, no one?" he said.
Previously, the Head of the Procurement, Dismissal, and Personnel Information Division of the Blora Regional Personnel Agency (BKD), Achmad Toha, explained that the quota for seven specialist doctor positions was still empty.
