INFOKU, BLORA –Starting this month, the proposal for the disbursement of Direct Cash Assistance (BLTTobaccoExcise Revenue Sharing Fund (DBHCT) will be made.
Previously, the Blora P3A Social Service had socialized it in mid-July, and now it will be disbursed soon.
Head of Dinsos P3A Luluk Kusuma said, a breath of fresh air for tobacco producers in Blora district will soon blow. Because, this month it will be disbursed.
"We propose that it be disbursed this month. But we are still waiting for valid data from DP4 ," he said in a statement to the press.

According to him, around 3,735 beneficiary families ( KPM ) will receive the 2024 BLT DBHCHT.
For the disbursement, Luluk could not confirm the scheme.
"It could be a one-time disbursement. So Rp 1.2 million is paid off immediately. But if you look at it later, it could also be two disbursements. This September half, the rest in December,'' he said.
Decrease
He also admitted that there was a decrease in the number of KPMs receiving it.
If in 2023 there were 4,085 tobacco farmers who received BLT DBHCHT, each KPM received funds of IDR 1.2 million.
"So that the total BLT DBHCHT funds for 4,085 tobacco farm workers in Blora last year reached IDR 4.9 billion," he added.
Luluk hopes that next year the DBHCHT quota will not decrease too much. Its allocation can be focused on the health sector.
"Hopefully the quota will not drop next year. The allocation is the same, if possible put it in health. So that all are covered by BPJS. 2025,'' he added. ( Endah/ IST )
