INFOKU, BLORA – An interesting phenomenon is starting to emerge in Blora, ahead of the determination of the vote results in the 2024 election.
Political parties (political parties) in Sate City have begun preparing legislative candidates who will be appointed with the most votes in each electoral district ( dapil ).
However, this does not apply to legislative candidates from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle ( PDIP ).
This is because political parties bearing the symbol of a white-snouted bull have their own mechanisms.
The legislative candidate who gets the most votes does not necessarily get a seat.
Chairman of the PDIP Blora Branch Leadership Council ( DPC ) HM Dasum said that he would implement the party's internal policies to determine the elected DPRD candidates .
So, it doesn't necessarily refer to the majority vote. But it depends on the party's recommendation.

"Later it will be implemented. "Because of that, it has become a party rule," he said. Dasum explained that PDIP would implement a zoning system.
Namely, the majority of votes obtained by legislative candidates who are recommended to become elected DPRD are calculated based on the votes obtained in the target areas that have been divided and agreed upon.
In order to realize this, PDIP will send a letter of recommendation to the Blora KPU.
“We are still communicating (with the KPU). "We will send the letter soon," he said.
PKB & Nasdem
Separately, the Chairman of the Blora PKB DPC, Abdullah Hakim, said that the legislative candidates who will be appointed as members of the council are the legislative candidates with the most votes.

If the number of PKB seats this year is eleven, they will be divided among the legislative candidates who gain the most votes.
"The final candidates remain in order, according to the number of votes obtained by each legislative candidate," he said.
Chairman of the DPD Nasdem Blora Sri Sudarmini said that his party followed the existing rules in appointing legislative candidates to the DPRD.
If this year the party gets five seats, then the winnings will still belong to the legislative candidate with the most votes in each electoral district.
"If Nasdem uses the majority of votes, this is an open proportional system," he said.
Chairman of the Blora KPU Widi Nurintan Ary Kurnianto explained that the determination of elected candidates for Regency DPRD members was based on existing regulations.
Namely, through the scheme that has been stated in PKPU. "We use PKPU regulations as a reference to determine the selected candidates," he explained.
His party, currently, is still waiting for confirmation if there are political parties that will implement internal policies to determine elected DPRD candidates.
Because, so far there has been no official written letter from the political parties regarding this matter.
"If political parties implement this and have their own mechanisms. "For example, when they nominate candidates who want to be appointed, they must also be based on considerations in accordance with the PKPU," he said. ( Endah / IST )
