INFOKU, BLORA - Blora Regent H. Arief Rohman inaugurated and took the oath of office for 198 Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) within the Blora Regency Government Formation in 2022, in the Hall of the Blora Regent's Official House, Tuesday (28/11/2023).
A total of 198 PPPK were inaugurated and signed the work agreement, based on Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform number 571 of 2023 concerning Optimizing the Filling of Needs for Technical Functional Positions in the Procurement of Government Employees with Work Agreements for Fiscal Year 2022.
With the 198 new PPPKs, the number of PPPKs in Blora Regency, which was originally 2,733 people, has now become 2,931 employees.
This number will increase, following this, for the 2023 formation, the Blora Regency Government is proposing 2,033 formations.

The Regent said that optimizing the need for PPPK personnel was carried out not only to meet the shortage of ASN, but also as a form of appreciation for the service of non-ASN employees, while still prioritizing quality.
"This optimization is also carried out in order to support the smooth implementation of government duties and services to the community," he said.
He added that the government intended to appoint the PPPK to fulfill the shortcomings of the State Civil Apparatus within the Blora Regency Government and to increase the level of government performance to be more effective, efficient and accountable.
The outcome, he continued, will have a direct impact on the success of the Blora Regency Government's vision and mission.

"To understand, the existence of panjenengan as part of the ASN in the Blora Regency Government in providing the best service to the community, this is the main thing and must be a common reminder," he explained.
The Regent underlined that the Blora Regency Government paid attention to the presence of PPPK employees, so that Blora was one of several regions that proposed optimizing PPPK.
"Even though regions are not required to propose and there are no special sanctions from the Central Government, the Blora District Government is still fighting for PPPK in Blora to become a priority," he said.
So he hopes that the PPPK employees who have signed the work agreement can give their best dedication to Blora Regency.
Meanwhile, one of the PPPK employees whose oath was taken, Sumarwan (52), said that he had served as an honorary employee for decades at the Blora Regency P4 Service.
Previously, he had also followed the PPPK selection mechanism and with this optimization he was able to pass the selection.
"Alhamdulillah, I'm happy, sir, I have served in the P4 Service for approximately 32 years. "I didn't expect it at all," he said
The father of two children explained that he now works as a policy analyst.
Sumarwan left a message to PPPK employees who are younger than him, to be grateful and continue to improve their performance.
