INFOKU, BLORA - Until yesterday, discussions on the Blora 2023 P-APBD draft were still difficult, even several factions within the Blora DPRD Budget Agency (Banggar) considered it slow.
So, several of these factions held a press conference in the lobby of the Blora DPRD yesterday (15/9).
Deputy Chairman of the DPRD, Blora Siswanto, said that the 2023 P-APBD draft was still in the discussion stage.
It is known that these changes are focused on budgeting for the upcoming regional elections.
“In accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Mendagri), this is indeed the case. "Apart from that, there are also bonuses for Blora athletes who took part in Porprov yesterday," explained the member of the Golkar Party faction.
DPRD member Blora Supardi also highlighted the same thing. He said that waiting for the 2023 P-APBD to be ratified by the end of the month was just buying time.
According to him, there was no clarity in discussing these changes.
“Almost half a month with no results. This should be fixed immediately . "I feel sorry for the people at the bottom waiting for a budget," he said.
Especially regarding irrigation. If it is delayed until the end of the month, purchasing a water tank to provide clean water will be in vain.
"Because it is estimated that October will already be the rainy season. "What is clear is that this has no political elements," said the member of the Golkar Party faction.
Apart from that, Democratic Party Fraction member Iwan Krismiyanto touched on BPJS Health payments.
If it is not paid, it will clearly be detrimental to the people of Blora. Because, BPJS Health Blora payments still lack funds of around IDR 1.8 billion.
"We don't want to be like Malang Regency which is unable to pay PBI (contribution assistance recipient) contributions. "Health is the main factor in people's welfare," he stressed.
PPP faction member Achlif Nugroho Widi Utomo said that these protracted budget changes affected the optimization of budget absorption . Moreover, the physical activity budget. .

" We want to encourage the P-APBD to be ratified immediately and can be used immediately to budget for unfinished works for community needs," he explained.
Meanwhile, another DPRD member, Mochammad Muchlisin, also agreed with this desire.
According to him, everything that is done must use the principle of benefit. If it is not finalized immediately it will further worsen the condition. (Endah / IST )
