The Blora National Land Agency (BPN) is still waiting for a schedule from the district government for the submission process.

“Everything that was registered has been published. We have communicated to Mr. Assistant for the delivery schedule. There are those who ask to be reviewed because there is indeed a gap in the size of the land. However, in our opinion, what we are doing is procedural,'' said Head of BPN Blora Rarif Setyawan.

The gap, he continued, was based on the measurement numbers and what was in the letter was different. Thus, it is difficult to combine. They have already identified the field.

"So what's different is from the community's point of view with our procedures. In the old days, we don't know what it was basically like in the past. We use the cadestral principle according to the standards. So, it is difficult to combine,''he explained.

Lukito, a resident of Wonorejo, said that there is a size gap. The community is of the view that the size of the land is 10 x 10. Thus, it becomes 100 square meters. While BPN has its own formula.

"In total there is 50 percent that does not match our calculations. But here BPN does not close itself. They accept the correction,''he said.

Apart from these technical issues, according to him, BPN also needs to see the problem substantially.

Among other things, such as public facilities, places of worship and others. Because, the ministry said that public facilities were granted to residents. However, the Blora Regency Government views this as impossible.

"There are different views. So we at BPN had to unify our views and ask for an explanation of what documents needed to be prepared. If the district government insists, it will not comply with the rules. We will mobilize the masses,''he said.

He added that actually the HGB status has not satisfied the residents. Because from the beginning they hoped that the community would get legal status for the land to become their property.

"We consider this HGB status as an unfinished struggle," he added. (Endah/  IST )
