Current field coverage of motorbike users can still pass through that location because an emergency road has been made.
A number of heavy equipment and operators have been deployed to prepare the land for drilling pile foundations.
As previously informed, it is called the glodak bridge because when a vehicle passes, it sounds glodak-glodak. It is a wooden bridge about 60 meters long and 2.5 meters wide in Gulingan Hamlet, Tempurejo Village, Blora District.
The Guling Bridge was built with teak wood stretching over the local river since 2001 (P2SE). The bridge is a witness to the circulation of the economy and education in the local area and its surroundings.
“Previously there was a wooden bridge, then it was rebuilt in 2001 until now. Of course the bridge is very helpful for the community, because it can be a way of passage from the Nglambang market in Puledagel Village and Patalan via Dukuh Gulingan to the city of Blora," said Sarip (70), a former Kamituwo Dukuh Gulingan.
Apart from making it easier for farmers to transport their crops, they also help teachers and students at SD Tempurejo II as well as itinerant vegetable vendors to sell.
“So the bridge is very helpful. It is known for its characteristic sound of glodak-glodak because of the vibration of the wooden bridge when vehicles are passing by," Sarip added.
It's just that, because of its width of 2.5 meters, the Dukuh Gulingan bridge cannot be passed by four-wheeled vehicles (cars) simultaneously in the opposite direction, but must take turns in an orderly manner.

As time goes by and becomes a witness to the history of the means of connecting transportation between villages, the wooden planks and safety fences of the Gulingan bridge have begun to decay.
"Trucks passing by don't dare to carry goods, if they're empty they dare, the wood has started to rot. The hope is that it will be rebuilt soon, because the bridge is very important," said Sarip.
Moreover, added Sarip, in Dukuh Gulingan there are 10 RTs and 4 RWs that cross the bridge almost every day.
"Alhamdulillah, now construction has started, hopefully the work will run smoothly and safely. So that it will be comfortable for residents to pass, especially those who use vehicles," he concluded. (Roes / IST )
