INFOKU, BLORA — A state civil servant (ASN) named Sri Budiyono finally came to the DPR RI building in Jakarta.
He complained about his problem with a member of the Blora DPRD to Commission II of the DPR RI. Budi, his greeting also wrote to the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mafhud MD.
The case started in 2020 ago. At that time, Budi borrowed Rp. 150 million from a member of the Blora DPRD.
The guarantee is a land certificate covering an area of 1,310 square meters. Budi promised to return the loan within three months.
After a little over 3 months I returned the money. It turned out that the certificate had actually been reversed.
Even though the estimated price of land and buildings covering an area of 1,310 meters is around Rp. 900 million and from the start there was no such agreement, said Budi when confirmed by the media crew.
Budi then reported this case to the police in August 2021. His report was for cases of criminal acts of fraud, embezzlement, and fake authentic certificates.
The Blora Regency DPRD members with the initials AA and the notary with the initials EE have been named suspects 5 months ago.
"But so far they have not been arrested," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of Central Java Regional Police Public Relations Commissioner Iqbal Alqudussy emphasized that this case was still proceeding according to the rules.
"This is already stage 1. There are no stalled cases, so everything is still running according to the investigation process," he said.
Separately, the Secretary of the Blora DPRD, Catur Pambudi, admitted that he was not aware of this case. Sorry, I don't even understand. Because on an official basis it has nothing to do with the secretariat, he said. (Endah / IST )
