INFOKU, BLORA – As many as 230 Blora youths are competing to become tourism ambassadors.
Yesterday (23/5) the tourism ambassador candidates took a written test at the Mustika Sports Hall (GOR).
Those who took the test had previously passed the administrative selection and eliminated 489 other participants.
There are several basic abilities of prospective tourism ambassadors that are tested. Starting from tourism, regional potential, ethics, fashion, and the ability to speak English.
The written test is to become 16 pairs of tourism ambassadors. Those who pass will be quarantined.
Head of the Blora Dinporabudpar Tourism Division, Isti Nuratri, said there were criteria for becoming a Blora tourism ambassador.

That is, at least 17 to 24 years old, unmarried, meets the minimum height. Namely, 160 centimeters (cm) for women and 170 cm for men.
As well as being able to speak Javanese, Indonesian, and speak English well.
"Furthermore, the participants who passed the written selection were 32 people or finalists. Consisting of 16 men and 16 women, they will then participate in quarantine until the grand final from June 15 to 17," he said.
The selection of tourism ambassadors will produce tourism ambassadors who will replace the duties of the previous tourism ambassadors.

It is hoped that the elected tourism ambassadors will be able to help inform and promote the potential of nature, tourism, arts and culture, superior products, and other potentials about Blora at the regional, national and even international levels.
